Where do your leads come from?
We use internet search engine marketing to connect with people who are actively looking for a home business opportunity. These qualified prospects are real people who genuinely want to hear from you. We do not use SPAM, incentives or pop-ups because we find this approach often attracts half-hearted prospects.

All leads include the name of the prospect, their phone number and email address. Our leads also include additional information about the person to help you gain a better understanding of their motivation and build rapport.

How old are the leads generated
We deliver each lead to your email inbox within 24 hours of the lead being generated. This ensures prospects are interested in home business opportunities at the exact time you call.

What lead delivery options do you have?
Our flexible lead delivery options allow you to receive your leads at your preferred daily delivery rate, 1, 2, 3, 5 etc... per day Monday to Friday; this will keep your leads current and fresh. If you need your campaign paused while you go away for a few days, we can organise that too.

Replacement leads, how do they qualify?
Platinum Leads guarantee that all leads include the name, connected phone number and valid email address of a prospect over 18 years of age. We will replace any lead that does not meet these criteria. Replacements will only be processed when the entire lead is returned to replacements@platinumleads.com.au within 72 hours of you receiving the lead.

Will I have a person to talk to when I need to?

Are the leads we receive exclusive?
Our Premier lead product, range from being exclusive to being matched with only up to 3 other home business organisations, but not the same as your business. You can purchase the leads exclusivity when ordering, for 24 hours or 5 days.

Are leads delivered to more than one person from the same home business organisation?
No, the leads we generate are never sold to more than one person from the same organisation.

Can I receive leads from a certain city or state?
Yes, select within the lead package when ordering which state or metro region to require.

Do you replace leads with bad contact details?
We replace all leads with incorrect or fraudulent contact details. Unfortunately we will not replace leads that are not interested in your particular business/industry or who don't join you as customers or associates.

What is the process for replacing bad leads?
To replace bad leads we require you to email back us the lead in question with a very brief note on the problem. Leads are then reviewed and a notice sent to you confirming a replacement.

Do you oversupply or just replace bad leads?
We add 10% extra free leads to every order upfront to offset leads for time wasting prospects, and any leads with incorrect contact details, we replace them.
